Shuts him up and keeps his head down!
The premium ball gag will feel silky and smooth in his mouth. He'll appreciate the luxurious experience as you tighten the smooth silicone strap behind his head. Then he'll hear the lock click closed on the locking buckle. At that point he doesn't get to talk until you free him.
Once his mouth is stuffed you can attach the nipple clamps. If he lifts his head to high they'll tug on his nipples. However, if you want some more serious discipline we recommend adding on clover clamps. They'll enforce much stricter discipline and won't let go without a fight.
